Employers continue to face persistent skills mismatches, underscoring the need to align education systems with actual labour market demands. Expanding access to tertiary education and embedding career guidance early on are critical for building a future-ready workforce. Tackling teacher shortages must be treated as a strategic investment in talent development and long-term productivity."
