María Helena Antolín Raybaud is the Vice President of CEOE and the President of its Sustainable Mobility Council. She holds a degree in International Business from Eckerd College and an MBA from Anglia University and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She was Vice President of Antolín until December 2023, where she held roles in industrial marketing and strategy. She is a member of several boards, including DANOSA and the advisory board of Banco Sabadell in the central region, and is also a member of the board of the Royal Board of the Royal Collections.

She has served as an External Director at Iberdrola until the end of 2024 and is now an External Director at Iberdrola International Energy.

Andreas was appointed Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Lonza Group. Andreas has served as Lonza’s Group General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2015. During his tenure, he has overseen the company’s Legal, Ethics & Compliance and IP functions, alongside Sustainability and ESG, Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance Management and Public Affairs. Today, Baran Çelik is founded in 1976; He continues to serve as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO of Beyçelik Holding A.Ş., which operates in the automotive, heating systems, energy, tourism and insurance sectors. Çelik also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beyçelik Gestamp, the flagship of the Holding. Baran Çelik is actively involved in various non-governmental organizations. Between 2012 and 2014, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Young Businessmen Association of Turkey Bursa Branch (TUGIAD). He is still the Chairman of the Headquarters High Advisory Board at TUGİAD.

Cho Hyun-sang is Vice Chairman and CEO of HS Hyosung Group. He also serves as an inside director of HS Hyosung Advanced Materials and HS Hyosung Information Systems. He was born on November 26, 1971, as the third son of former Hyosung Chairman Cho Suck-rae.

He attended Gyeonggi Elementary School and Cheongun Middle School, graduated from Kyungbock High School, and then moved to the United States, where he earned a degree in economics from Brown University.

He began his career at Bain & Company. After joining Hyosung, he worked in the restructuring TFT (Task Force Team) and management innovation team. He later joined Japan's NTT Communications, where he led wired and wireless strategy projects and took part in establishing the Korean branch.

Cho then returned to Hyosung’s strategy division and served as head of the Industrial Materials PG (Performance Group) and CMO of the Chemical PG. After being promoted to president, he led the strategy division. When Hyosung was split into separate entities, he became a group-wide president. Following the division of Hyosung and HS Hyosung into a holding company structure, he was appointed CEO of HS Hyosung.

Seiji Inagaki has been the Chair of the Board of Dai-ichi Life Holdings (DLHD) and Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co Ltd (DLIC) since April, 2023.

Seiji Inagaki joined the Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company (currently DLHD) in April 1986. He served as President of both DLIC and DLHD from 2017 to 2023, before taking on his current position.

Emma Marcegaglia is Deputy Chairman and CEO of Marcegaglia Steel and subsidiaries operating in the steel processing sector. She is also Chairman and CEO of Marcegaglia Investments, the holding company that controls the Group's diversified activities. Marcegaglia is the national leading industrial group with significant global projection and turnover: 8 billion euros, 36 plants across 4 continents, 15,000 customers and 7,800 employees. Graduated with honours in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, she attended the International Management Program MBA at the New York University.

Nathalie started her career in Air Inter in 1992 as an engineer in the Network and Strategy Department. From 1997 she held various positions in Air France Network Department, then in the commercial organization. She was Corporate Social Responsability VP for Air France between 2007 and 2009, then took the position of Air France Revenue Management and Pricing SVP in 2010. Appointed to the Executive Committee of Air France in 2013, she became SVP Network Strategy for Air France KLM group the same year. After being Chief of Staff for the Group CEO between 2014 and 2015, she was Transavia France CEO between 2016 and 2023 and then became special advisor to the Group CEO on the decarbonization strategy of Air France KLM. Fernando Treviño is a distinguished legal professional and founding partner of Rivadeneyra Treviño y De Campo, S.C. Karen is a senior leader in ESG and corporate sustainability in the energy sector and is skilled in business approaches to climate change, greenhouse gas management, environmental practices, social performance, social investment, small business development, energy access and NGO partnering.

Karen joined Shell in 2005 where she is VP Sustainability and has previously held a wide range of leadership positions spanning both sustainability and commercial areas. Her many career highlights have helped to robustly embed climate, nature, and social performance into Shell’s Powering Progress strategy.
Karen is also Shell’s liaison delegate to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and has been an IPIECA Executive Committee member for 5 years.

Prior to Shell, Karen spent her early career working for CARE International, a large international humanitarian organisation, where she partnered with communities to develop and support resilient livelihoods in the context of natural disasters and armed conflict. Karen holds a BS in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MSc in Tropical Ecology from Yale University and is a certified professional coach.
