Benedikt Wiedenhofer

Benedikt Wiedenhofer oversees our policy initiatives related to investment, responsible business conduct, anti-corruption as well as development and emerging markets. Prior to joining Business at OECD, he worked for five years in the International Relations Department of BusinessEurope in Brussels. During his studies, Benedikt also completed internships in the secretariat of the European Parliament, the German embassy in Dublin, and the Siemens EU Government Affairs Office.
Benedikt holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations with a focus on Global Political Economy from the University of Technology Dresden and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. He also spent a semester at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago de Chile and at Nantes University in France, respectively. Benedikt is fully fluent in German, English and French and has a good level of Spanish and Italian.
He joined Business at OECD in April 2023.

He graduated from the University of Exeter in July 2022 with a degree in French and Politics, and he managed the Politics Society as President. He is also a qualified tennis coach.
Max joined Business at OECD in February 2023.
Maxime Ledieu
Policy Advisor
Maxime supports our policy work in the areas of trade and environment and contributes to member outreach and horizontal policy activities.
Prior to joining Business at OECD, Maxime gained professional experience working in the aeronautical and nuclear sector trough the consultancy field. He is a French national and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations, focusing on Security and Defense and a Bachelor‘s Degree in Economics.
Maxime joined Business at OECD in September 2023.

Jasmine is fluent in English, French and Italian. She joined Business at OECD in 2015.
Kelsey Ware
Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to Policy Managers
Kelsey also manages special projects hosted by Business at OECD and supports the coordination of our National Members in our global network.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Master’s Degree in International Human Rights from the University of Essex. She is bilingual in English and French. Kelsey joined Business at OECD in 2023

Gabriella Hagen
Policy Intern
Gabriella Hagen supports our policy activities on food and agriculture, health and well-being, as well as SMEs and entrepreneurship. She also contributes to engagement with our national business federations and associate expert group network and assists in high-level event planning.
Prior to joining Business at OECD, Gabriella gained professional experience at the Council of Europe working with human rights and as a journalist reporting on political economic news. Gabriella is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po and holds a Bachelor’s Degree In International Business and Management. She is a Norwegian national, fully fluent in English and all Scandinavian languages with a knowledge of French.
She joined Business at OECD in 2024.
Mathéo Lamorlette
Intern
Mathéo Lamorlette supports our policy activities related to anti-corruption and responsible business conduct, whilst also contributing to administrative activities of the organization.
Mathéo is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at Paris Dauphine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian at the National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations. He is also preparing for the French diplomatic service entrance examinations. Mathéo is a French national, fully fluent in English, German and French, with some notions of Russian and Chinese.
He joined Business at OECD in 2024.
