On 18–19 June, our Business at OECD delegation participated in the OECD Working Party of the Trade Committee, contributing business perspectives on critical raw materials, supply chain resilience, digitalisation and carbon-intensity requirements. Business at OECD called for stronger investment conditions and more effective trade disciplines to secure critical raw materials, a coordinated risk-based approach to stockpiling, and modernised digital trade processes that improve efficiency. The delegation also stressed the importance of interoperable systems that enable the exchange and recognition of carbon-intensity information across borders.
