Our Chair Rick Johnston participated in the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) international conference on Building Resilient Economies Through Market-Driven Investment. Moderated by Ambassador Lisa Gamble, he joined Business Council Canada's John Dickerman, Keidanren USA's Teruko Wada, and US Chamber of Commerce's Neil Bradley. Our Chair underlined our important role in committing to business integrity at the OECD through our Zero Corruption campaign, as well as our Zero Corruption Forum, and emphasised that the OECD plays a pivotal role in setting global standards for good governance and to advance business integrity. He also outlined our recommendations to the OECD on fighting corruption, including ensuring effective reporting channels for corruption, and taking more targeted measures to support SMEs.
