Business at OECD was present at the 2026 India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, represented by our Digital Policy Committee Co-Chair and Netcompany’s Ulrik Knudsen, where we exchanged with Ministers, government officials, business, civil society, and more. At the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI) Council meeting, we shared our vision for the future of AI, highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation among stakeholders. We underlined several of our key business recommendations, including adopting proportionate and enabling AI regulatory approaches, fostering the creation of enabling conditions for AI adoption, and supporting investments in infrastructure, compute capacity, data access, and human capital.
In the margins of the AI Impact Summit, Ulrik Knudsen also met with the Netherlands’ Ambassador-at-Large Harry Verweij to discuss common priorities and future cooperation on our digital policy agenda at the OECD. We look forward to continued dialogue with the OECD as the global forum for establishing responsible AI frameworks globally.
