New guidance from the OECD focused on the pricing of intragroup services shouldn’t water down the use of cost-based pricing methods, the body’s main business lobby said.
Updated guidance should reinforce the idea that cost-based methods for the valuation of services are often the best for most intragroup service arrangements, Business at OECD, or BIAC, said in a consultation letter published Wednesday.
